Eucharist
Prayer before the Blessed Sacrament (consecrated host) outside of Mass is an important devotion within our Church - one that we celebrate every Thursday from 12:30-5:00 pm. |
The Holy Eucharist is the Sacrament of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Through the celebration of Mass, the Eucharist is made present and the community offers the perfect prayer of praise and thanks to God. Every Catholic should celebrate the Eucharist each Sunday, however, daily Eucharist is a powerful means of personal sanctification and an important ministry of the lay faithful.
