Oremus - is the Latin for “Let us pray.” As a community of faith, we are called to support each other in prayer. At the left, you will find an example of the “Oremus” prayer cards that are available at the entrances of the Cathedral. Please use them to share your prayer needs, loved ones for whom you are praying, and concerns that you hold in your heart. Write those prayer needs on the card and drop them in the collection basket. These will be collected and placed just inside the Resurrection Chapel near a vigil light.
For four weeks, we will remember your intentions in our public liturgical intercessions. We ask you to add them to your personal prayer as well. You may also use this form to submit a request or send us a request by email at stjohns@dioceseofcleveland.org and we will include it with the “Oremus” cards in the prayers of the Cathedral community.
