The Ministry Leadership Council

The MLC is composed of all the leaders of each of the nearly 30 Cathedral ministries. The purpose of this group and its gathering (every other month) is to grow together as a leadership ministry. The effectiveness of the ministries at the Cathedral depends upon prayer, faith, dedication, communication and cooperation among the members. These meetings facilitate all of those features of Catholic life:

Each of the individual leaders find encouragement, strength, insight, and friendship through these gatherings every other month. As they go forth from the meetings they return to their ministries renewed and prepared to fulfill their mission in the Church and the world.
